康复新液联合米诺环素对慢性牙周炎患者临床症状及炎症因子水平的影响(1)
【摘要】 目的：探究康复新液联合米诺环素对慢性牙周炎患者临床症状及炎症因子水平的影响。
方法：以本院2017年4月-2018年4月收治的92例慢性牙周炎患者为观察对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(46例)和观察组(46例)。对照组患者给予米诺环素治療，观察组患者在对照组基础上联合使用康复新液治疗，观察对比组间临床症状改善情况、炎性因子水平、预后和治疗满意度差异。结果：观察组治疗效果好于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者炎性因子CRP、TNF-α、AL、PLI水平相比，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后观察组患者炎性因子CRP、TNF-α、AL、PLI均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后SF-36评分、咀嚼能力评分、治疗满意度均高于对照组，但VAS评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论：康复新液联合米诺环素对慢性牙周炎患者进行治疗，可改善患者牙龈出血状态，降低各项炎性因子水平，保证预后，提供患者治疗满意度。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of Kangxinxinye combined with Minocycline on the clinical symptoms and inflammatory factors in patients with chronic periodontitis.Method：A total of 92 patients with chronic periodontitis who treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were observed and randomly divided into the control group(46 cases) and the observation group(46 cases).Patients in the control group were treated with Minocycline，patients in the observation group were treated with Kangfuxinye on the basis of the control group.The improvement of clinical symptoms，levels of inflammatory factors，prognosis and treatment satisfaction of two groups were observed.Result：The effects of the observation group were better than those of the control group，there were statistical differences(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of CRP，TNF-α，AL and PLI between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment，the levels of CRP，TNF-α，AL，and PLI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，there were statistical differences(P<0.05).The scores of SF-36 score，chewing ability score and treatment satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，but VAS score was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion：Kangfuxinye combined with Minocycline in the treatment of chronic periodontitis can improve the state of gum bleeding，reduce the level of various inflammatory factors，ensure the prognosis and provide patients with treatment satisfaction.
